Terms & Conditions

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Lifestorey Prestige.

Returns and Exchanges: All goods sold are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Refundable Deposit: Any deposit paid is non-refundable.

Delivery Dates: Delivery dates stated on the sales order are approximate and subject to change.

Delivery Timeframe: Delivery must occur no later than two (2) months from the date of the sales order or upon the arrival of goods at Lifestorey Prestige’s warehouse. A fixed fee will be charged if goods are stored for an additional two (2) months. Lifestorey Prestige reserves the right to forfeit the deposit paid and dispose of goods if delivery is not completed within the four (4) month period mentioned above.

Delivery Changes and Cancellations: Lifestorey Prestige reserves the right to modify the delivery date and/or cancel the sales order in circumstances beyond its control. This includes customs clearance delays, shipwrecks, factory malfunctions, product discontinuation by the manufacturer, and other shipping delays.

Goods Inspection: Buyers are obligated to inspect goods upon delivery. Any complaints must be reported to Lifestorey Prestige at the time of receipt. Lifestorey Prestige will not address complaints received more than 3 days after goods are received.

Product Variations: All products adhere to the manufacturer’s standards. Variations in natural wood, stone, and other naturally occurring materials are inherent and not considered defects. Lifestorey Prestige disclaims any responsibility for faults and damages resulting from improper product use or use in environments not intended for these products.

Additional Packing Charges: Prices listed on the order cover delivery within Singapore without additional packing. Requests for extra packing for export or other reasons will incur additional charges determined by Lifestorey Prestige.

Additional Delivery Charges: Lifestorey Prestige reserves the right to impose additional charges on the buyer for delivery-related costs. These charges may include the use of a crane for placement or additional labor required for manual transport up stairwells.

Tariffs and Duties: Buyers are responsible for any additional tariffs or duties imposed by authorities.

Payment: All outstanding balances on the order must be settled before the delivery date. Lifestorey Prestige may levy additional delivery charges if the client’s location is not ready to receive the goods at the time of delivery.

Deposit Payment: Lifestorey Prestige reserves the right to cancel the sales order if the deposit is not received within three (3) days of the order.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash, cheque, credit cards, bank transfer, PayPal, or PayNow to Lifestorey Prestige’s corporate account. All cheque payments must be crossed and made out to Lifestorey Prestige.
